Who we are

Confidato B.V. is the bookkeeping firm and fractional CFO practice of Ingmar Janssen. You can reach us at ingmar@confidato.nl.

What data we process

If you fill in the contact form on this site, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, the subject you select, and your message. We do not ask for more.

What we use it for

We use this data to contact you and answer your question. The legal basis is your request for contact: without your data we cannot respond. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.

Who processes it for us

To make the site work, we engage a few parties as processors:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend sends the email from the contact form to us.

These parties process your data only to deliver the service, not for their own purposes.

Visitor statistics without cookies

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These are privacy-friendly and cookieless: they place no tracking cookies and do not trace any data back to you as a person. That is why you will not find a cookie banner on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your message no longer than necessary to handle your question and, if it leads to an engagement, to keep our agreements and records in order. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You may always ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send a message to ingmar@confidato.nl. If you disagree with something, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
