Seventeen years in corporate finance, investments and interim finance leadership. For four years I worked for the regional development agency Oost NL, as the link between innovation and investment; now I run finance for growth companies. At Confidato you work directly with me.
The story
Someone who understands the figures and the context.
Ingmar started in M&A, valuation and corporate finance, and worked for four years for the regional development agency Oost NL, as the link between innovation and investment. With his financial background he assessed proposals for vouchers and the run-up to investments. After that he built and ran the finance function at growth companies, as an interim and fractional CFO.
That path means he knows fundraising from both sides of the table, translates figures into decisions, and knows what an investor wants to see. Trained in accountancy and corporate finance, and followed the Executive MBA programme Business & Sustainable Transitions at Nyenrode. Practical and substantive: no thick reports, but management information you can actually steer on.
